Custom Orders are deemed Final Sales and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

After placing an order, once the item is made and you have received a shipping notification, you cannot cancel that order.

After placing an order for a custom, I and the customer will be in full communication. If no concerns about the order needing to be canceled are addressed during our conversations, unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order.

Please be advised that cancellations made within 24 hrs via email, text, and phone call will be processed without any penalties.

At HiyaTati, products could be here one day and gone the next. Tati is constantly learning and evolving her products to ensure they are at the best stage they can be at.

All orders are shipped with tracking information and dropped off at USPS or UPS. Once dropped off, unfortunately, I can’t control anything that happens afterward.

But I can surely help with trying to find it. Please get in contact with your local post office or UPS to get a better understanding of where the package may be.
